Our cylinders are produced specially for the LPG industry in our fully-automated production plant, and their manufacturing process is comprised of three main steps:
Step 1
First, we create the inside part of the cylinder. We use a special plastic called high-density polyethylene (HDPE). We blow air into the plastic to give it the shape of the cylinder’s inside. This part is very important because it keeps the gas safe and doesn’t let it leak out.
Step 2
Next, we make the cylinder stronger. We wrap tiny pieces of glass called fibers around the inside part we made earlier. We also use a special sticky material called resin. This makes the cylinder very strong, so it can hold the gas safely without breaking, even if there’s a lot of pressure.
Step 3
In the last step, we make the outside of the cylinder. We use the same special plastic, HDPE, to make a cover that goes around the strong inside part. This cover is important because it protects the cylinder and makes it easy to hold. It’s designed in a special way to look nice and also help you hold it comfortably.
Cylinder design and approvals according to BS EN 14427 and ISO 11110-3, cylinder valve dependent as per requirement cylinder size can be supplied with M26 x 1.5 thread with valve and without valve. The product logo or sticker can be placed on the outer casing’s upper part marking the area 78 x 132mm. A cylinder valve can be placed on customer requirements.
Burhan Gas have now successfully and qualitatively launched LPG Composite Cylinder in Pakistan and have the approvals from Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA). Burhan Gas Cylinders are certified by TUV & ECM Italy. ISO 11119-3, BS EN 14427, BS EN 12245.
